Iaquinta Named Head Coach of the Lakeshore Canadiens - Full Story
After three seasons behind the Flyers bench as an Assistant Coach, Anthony Iaquinta has landed himself a Head Coaching position. Anthony takes over as bench boss of the Canadiens after last years coach, Justin Solcz returned to his former position with the Windsor Lancers Men's Hockey Team.
The Flyers made appearances in the Western Conference finals in all three of Anthony's years with the team, winning the Weir Cup in 2015. Anthony's coaching experience also includes time as an Assistant with the Essex 73's as well as time in the Sun County Panthers (Alliance AAA) and Villanova Wildcats (High School) organizations.
The Flyers would like to wish Anthony the best of luck as he begins his career as a Head Coach!
