Trade deadline moves in the shoe
So far Niagara Falls adding Austin Wright is the biggest move so far. Already got a deadly power play. Now they add Wright to that power play. Caledonia added goalie Bradley Van Schubert . Don't know the story behind that move. Ancaster added home town boys Brad and Jeff Lindsay from the Milton Iceh...

Re: Caledonia going for four
Caledonia signs another goalie Bradley Van Schubert from the Newmarket Hurricans.
I thought Caledonia look good in net. I never saw this one coming. The question is why and who goes.

Re: EXPECTATIONS IN THE HORSESHOE
Justin Vertesi has had a great year so far. But he''s only 16 years old. And has played 23 games so far.
It's his lack of experience . A veteran presence would really help.

Re: Favorites to win it all
There's only one team to beat. And there the champs. It's not going to be easy to beat Caledonia in a 7 game series. With the trade deadline coming up. We will have to see who or what kind of players teams pickup. I can't comment on the other conferences. I have seen some Midwest games. The Showcase...

With the overage being 21 year old's . You get some interesting teams in the PJHL league. Most of the teams that dominate are full of veteran players. " The state of junior C these days is one or two teams from each of the loop’s eight conferences load up for a run at the provincial crown"...

Re: Caledonia going for four
At least Lauzon show up. How about Christain and Guy Polillo
18 goals scored 33 assists given out. And the Polillo brothers got nothing did they even play. Pointstreak said they played.
I no some times they don't show up but 18 goals and they got nothing.
Even Chenard got a assist.

Re: Caledonia going for four
So far he has not played well. He can skate but that's about it so far.
He was invisible in N.F. Now he's on a 4 game suspension.
Because he decides to fight himself against Pelham.
With a 8-0 lead a fighting majour, insigator and aggressor.
Now he's out for 4 games.

Boring game. Poor defense and weak goaltending. More giveaways then a Black Friday at a U S Walmart store. Was expecting a hard fought skilled game from both teams but that never happened. Have to agree with you on Lauzon. But as the game went on he seem to get is legs. I didn't think he was that great of skater for playing f and d. I have never heard/saw more complaints about the referees than you guys in the Shoe. The Shoe is more active on here than the Midwest, which also has some questionable reffing as well Here's a article on the Cambridge paper on a game Cambridge vs Kitchener http://www.cambridgetimes.ca/sports-story/...
